The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that have been stained or painted

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Disclaimer (Drawer Pulls)

Kahoy Crafts stands behind its products and drawer pulls. We use the highest quality materials and hardwood. Although we design and build our products to last, we cannot guarantee performance when used improperly. Each drawer pull can support a load of 10 lbs, and should not be used in situations where greater strength is required. Our drawer and cabinet pulls are not designed for supporting the hanging weight of a child or adult, and should not be mounted close to the edge of a cabinet or in such a way that it would sacrifice strength.
